Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Younifyd (younifyd.co). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Younifyd.

1. Who can use Younifyd

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One person, one account. Use your real name and accurate information, and keep your login details safe.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

2. What you can and can’t do

Be honest and respectful. You must not:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone;
• post spam, scams, misleading job or co-founder offers, or fake co-working listings;
• ask members for money, fees or investment in a misleading way;
• post anything illegal, obscene, or that infringes someone else’s rights (including copyright and trademarks);
• collect members’ data by scraping or automated means, or use it for unsolicited marketing;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give Younifyd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform so the service can work (for example, showing your post to your connections). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in short-term backups. You confirm you have the right to post what you share.

4. Connections, deals and listings

Younifyd helps people meet; it is not a party to any agreement you make with another member, whether a co-founder arrangement, a job, an investment or a co-working rental. We don’t verify members’ claims, offers or listings. Do your own checks before sharing confidential information, signing anything or paying money.

5. Paid plans

Co-working listing plans are currently activated at no charge during our beta. If we introduce payments, prices and terms will be shown clearly before you pay.

6. Reporting, moderation and suspension

You can report members or content and block anyone. We may review reports and remove content, or suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms or put others at risk. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you why.

7. Leaving Younifyd

You can delete your account at any time from Settings & privacy. This permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. The service is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep Younifyd running and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Younifyd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other members say or do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll let you know by email or on the site before they take effect.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. Questions: hello@younifyd.co.
